I work in publishing in New York City where there is always a lot of pressure to stay on the top of the fashion pyramid. I don’t seem to have any trouble keeping my clothes trendy and up-to-date but I always seem to fall behind on jewelry and accessory trends. For instance, I still own multiple pairs of chandelier earrings, but I sense they are slipping out of fashion. What is replacing them?

Stacey, you are more perceptive than you give yourself credit for. Chandelier earrings, the belle of last year’s ball, are on the wane.
